| What Is Coffee? For some of us, it's an absolutely indispensable part of our morning routine -- and some of us don't stop with the morning cup! In technical terms coffee is the seed of a cherry from a tree that grows from sea level to approximately 6,000 feet, in a narrow subtropical belt around the world. Because the coffee cherries ripen at different times, they are picked by hand. It takes roughly 2,000 Arabica cherries to produce just one pound of coffee. That's a lot of cherry picking! A morning eye opener!(Available in decaf) 100% Colombian: Colombia is the second largest producer of coffee. In the cup, Colombian offers a rich mellow flavor, pleasant acidity and heady aroma. The flavor is consistently clean and balanced. (Available in decaf) Private Blend: A truly royal blend of our finest Colombian, Central American, Indonesian and African beans, producing a flavorful cup with a smooth body and deep flavor. (Available in decaf) N'Orleans Cafe: Our Full City Roast (a slightly darker roasted bean with patches of oil on the surface), has been blended with Dark French Roast to make this coffee exceptionally rich and full bodied. Colombian Viennese: This coffee is similar to the 100% Colombian except the roast is a little darker. This coffee is great to use at home for an anytime coffee or spice up your life by using Colombian Viennese in your Espresso machine. A great taste! (Available in decaf)
